SMS Parent Teacher Organization

The SMS PTO Board meets the third Monday of each month from September through June.  The meetings are located in the Elementary/Middle School Library in the Administration Building.

The PTO continues to provide outstanding service including:

  • $6300 donated to teachers for classroom supplies from Sally Foster proceeds

  • PTO Lunches continue to be a successful fundraiser.

  • Replenished Continuing Education Fund to $3000 for teachers and assistants to take additional courses as necessary.

  • Raised $19,000 on our Reverse Raffle/Dinner to purchase our state of the art computer lab.

  • Box Tops for Education earns SMS approximately $800/year.
